Terms of Service

These TERMS OF SERVICE include a BINDING ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT and a CLASS ACTION WAIVER that affect your legal rights in resolving disputes unless you opt out. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

WaterspromoGH, along with its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “WaterspromoGH” or “we”), provides the WaterspromoGH website, mobile applications, and other online products and services, including but not limited to Whisper, Kik, Datpiff, Amino, Coco, and Manga (collectively called the "Services").

These Terms of Service inform you of the general conditions you agree to when using our Services. Some Services may have additional terms that apply specifically to those particular Services. These Terms of Service, together with any additional specific Service terms, are collectively referred to as the “Terms.” By using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision (see “DISPUTES-ARBITRATION” below), or our Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services.

Audience and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Services. In the US, you must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in countries under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), unless individual country exceptions apply, to use the Services. If you are between 13 (or 16 in GDPR-covered countries) and 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you agree to: (a) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password; (b) restrict access to your account; (c) promptly notify WaterspromoGH of any security breaches; (d) take responsibility for all activities under your account.

Your Use of the Services

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Services. The Services allow users to communicate and interact, but you are solely responsible for your interactions. Use your best judgment and prioritize safety when interacting with others on the Services.

User Content

The Services allow users to post content. You are allowed to post User Content that: (a) is non-confidential; (b) you own or have the necessary rights to post; and (c) complies with these Terms.
